WARRANTIES

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every product offered at Bespoke Lighting. All standard components and products purchased through our website are covered by a comprehensive 36-month warranty, protecting against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

For custom-made pieces—including bespoke wall lights and pendants—our warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase. As these items are individually designed and produced to specific requirements, this warranty ensures they meet our high standards at the time of delivery and during the initial period of use.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, unauthorised modifications, or normal wear and tear. If you experience any issues within the applicable warranty period, our team is committed to working with you to repair, replace, or resolve the matter promptly.
